This Self defence beginners course is an introduction which covers the basics of martial arts and basic self defence skills, which act as a stepping stone into the normal classes. It is designed that by the end of the course you will be able to join the regular classes. This is ideal for anyone who is interested in martial arts, self defence etc but would rather have a taster  experience what it is all about without making a big commitment.
