A 12 week plan designed for your specific goal, targeting areas of weakness and improving overall performance. Take on the challenge for a leaner, more sculpted or stronger physique. With intelligent training plans meaning we get you training smarter while keeping you on track with realistic goals. As with all fitness goals nutrition is vital for optimum results so you can expect detailed plans and education on the best nutrition specific to your training and your set goals.

LOSE WEIGHT

 Intensive Lifestyle Change 12 weeks is a great time frame for short term goals, why hold back when you can go full throttle and work super hard to achieve what you want in a short space of time. This challenge is great for any one wanting to get in shape for a special occasion, holiday or for those who are impatient and want fast results. A word of warning though this challenge requires 200% effort!! You will be training hard from day one and will be following a strict nutrition plan all dependent on your goal. No excuses here – food and fitness targets are monitored very closely on a weekly basis. Get results, feel energised and improve your knowledge for optimal health, fitness and nutrition.
